Consistent Navigation

The menu bar remains the same across the portal, ensuring users can easily return to the home page or navigate to the Tickets section.

Central Request Access Form

The form to review a request becomes more prominent here, with a larger and clearer layout. Users need to enter Tracking ID and Email Address.

If a user has forgotten their ticket ID, a link is available to recover the ID via email.

Forms Overview – Submitting a Request

Form Structure

Some forms require more detailed information depending on the nature of the request. All required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

Your Message

Every form includes a section where users can describe their request in their own words.

Identity Verification

Requests involving personal data require ID verification. All forms include an upload field for this purpose.

Users can upload supporting documents with a maximum of 6 files, each up to 4 MB in size.

Tips for a Successful Request

  • Always double-check the information entered, especially your email address and any ID uploaded.
  • Clearly state your concerns or questions in the "Your Message" section.
  • If you're unsure which form to use, start with a general inquiry, and a team member will redirect your case appropriately.
  • Keep your tracking ID secure so you can return and check your ticket status at any time.
